  • Ensure your pitch aligns with our core pillars: Health, Wealth, or Happiness.
  • Prepare a brief outline (max 300 words) and links to previous work.
  • Check that your topic hasn't been covered in our recent Field Notes.

We are looking for thoughtful, research-backed, and practical content that aligns with the HWH framework. Whether it's an essay on metabolic health, a deep dive into financial security, or a reflection on finding meaning in everyday life, your contribution should provide useful insights and actionable frameworks for our audience of young adults.

What happens next

Once a submission is accepted, we work closely with the author to prepare the piece for publication. This process ensures all content aligns with HWH standards while maintaining the author's unique voice and perspective.

Ownership & Rights

  • Authors retain the copyright to their original work.
  • HWH is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive the content across our digital platforms.
  • Republication on other platforms is permitted 30 days after initial publication on HWH with appropriate credit and canonical links.

Credits & Disclosure

  • Full attribution will always be provided to the author, including a short bio and links to personal profiles.
  • All commercial relationships or conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the point of submission.
  • HWH reserves the right to include editorial disclaimers where necessary to align with our medical and financial standards.
