About HWH
Health, wealth and happiness belong together
HWH exists for the gap between traditional education and real life.
Many young adults inherit an outdated script: work harder, earn more, keep up and deal with their health, attention or sense of meaning later. But health, wealth and happiness cannot be managed in isolation. Health affects what we can do. Wealth can provide time, security and choice. Happiness is found through relationships, purpose, presence and an understanding of enough.
HWH begins with a different premise: a good life should be built deliberately from the outset, not repaired after everything else has been achieved.
Through thoughtful conversations, credible research, Field Notes and practical frameworks, HWH explores where human health, financial freedom and a meaningful life meet—and translates complex ideas into something useful for everyday life.
Meet Alex
HWH was founded and is hosted by Alex Roupell. His work and curiosity span technology, finance, human performance and the systems shaping modern life.
After years working in demanding environments, Alex saw how conventional measures of success could quietly erode health, attention and relationships. He created HWH to explore a more useful question: how can we build lives healthy enough to last, free enough to choose and meaningful enough to enjoy, without postponing living until later?
Alex does not present himself as the definitive expert. His role is to host thoughtful conversations, ask practical questions and translate complex research, expert insight and lived experience into ideas people can test in their own lives. HWH distinguishes between evidence, expert opinion and interpretation while remaining curious about what living well requires in a changing world.
Alex loves sport, art and travel. He has lived in Europe, Asia and the USA, speaks English, French and German, and is a black belt in karate.
